What Our Promise Actually Means
If something isn’t right after we’ve finished, you call us, and we make it right - no fee, no paperwork, no proving your case to a warranty department.
That’s the whole thing. But here’s what it looks like in practice: every job Sightline Windows & Doors has completed since 2012 left behind two documents - a written price the homeowner held before the first screw turned, and a photo record of the finished work. Those aren’t optional add-ons. They’re the standard. The Haven Standard, to be specific, co-signed by the parent company that put its name on the same page as ours.
What you’re entitled to: a crew that shows up as promised, a price that doesn’t move, and a one-year window to tell us it’s not right. You don’t have to escalate. You don’t have to threaten to leave a review. You call, we come back, and we fix it. That’s Haven Clause 1 - Have It in Writing - and it runs through every job in every market we serve.
Why We Answer Fast, Everywhere
A one-truck shop can do excellent work. What it can’t always do is answer the phone at 10 p.m. on a Thursday, confirm a crew is available in your zip code by Friday, and put a written estimate in your hand within one business day of the visit.
We built for that. Sightline operates with local crews across four states, pulling from eight manufacturer lines - PGT, CGI, CWS, ES Windows, ECO Window Systems, Mr-Glass, Therma-Tru, and ViewLux - so the product specified for your opening is the one we can actually get. Live phone coverage isn’t a shift; it’s a staffing decision we made at the company level. The dispatch system behind it means an estimator gets to your property within two business days of your call, and the written estimate follows within one business day of that visit. No callback windows, no “we’ll try to have someone out next week.” That’s Haven Clause 2 - Arrive on Schedule - and it applies whether you’re calling from a suburb or a metro core.
How We Make It Right

You Tell Us
Call (509) 265-6387 - a real person picks up. You describe what’s wrong. That’s it. There’s no online form you have to submit first, no case number you have to reference, no fee to initiate a return visit. The photo record from your original job is already on file, so we’re not starting from zero.
We Come Back Out
A technician returns to your property to see the problem in person. We don’t diagnose over email. The same documentation standards from the original visit apply here - what we find is recorded, not summarized verbally and forgotten. Haven Clause 4 is Evidence on Every Job, and that includes every follow-up.
We Fix It
If the work wasn’t done right, we make it right. No charge. No debate about what the warranty covers versus what it doesn’t. The 365-Day Done Right Promise is a written commitment, not a courtesy we extend when the mood is good. It’s stamped on every job under the Haven Standard, which means both Sightline and the Haven family are on record.
You Sign Off
We don’t close the job until you confirm it’s resolved. The same photo record that documented the original installation is updated to show the corrected work. You keep that record. It belongs to you, not to our filing system.
Before
AfterWhat Stands Behind the Promise
The promise is only as good as the people who show up to keep it. Every Sightline technician is background-checked before they arrive at your door, uniformed so you know who to expect, and identified by license number before the visit. That’s Haven Clause 3 - Verified Crews - and it’s not a checkbox; it’s a condition of employment.
The pricing model is simple: one written estimate, confirmed before any work begins, and that number doesn’t change. There are no hourly rates, no subscriptions, nothing to sign up for. The estimate is the price. Sightline was founded in 2012 on a specific principle: the measurement and the quote are the same document. Sonia Raman has built every process since around that idea, because a price that moves between the showroom and the install isn’t a price - it’s a placeholder.
The products come from eight manufacturer lines specified by what your opening actually requires: PGT and CGI for impact performance, Therma-Tru for entry doors, ViewLux and ES Windows for energy-efficiency tiers, and so on. The spec comes from the survey, not from what’s sitting in a warehouse.
Ask Us to Prove It

Call (509) 265-6387 - someone picks up, day or night. Or book online if that’s easier. Either way, the next step is a free written estimate, and the full terms behind The Haven Standard are on our terms page. Nothing here is verbal. That’s the point.
