Sightline was founded in 2012 by a glazier who had spent a decade installing other companies' sales promises and wanted the measurement and the quote to be the same document. Every job still starts with a measured survey the customer keeps, so the number cannot move between the showroom and the install.
The sightline is the glazing term for the visible edge of glass inside the frame - the part you actually see. It is also what a buyer is paying for. One word that means the same thing to the installer and the homeowner.
