Open Markets

Every market below has open territory under the Haven Standard. We do not publish remaining counts because availability shifts weekly, and a territory is either yours or it is not. Here is what we can tell you on paper.

• Texas – the highest volume of new residential construction in the country, and a retrofit market that never stops. Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio each support multiple territories.
• Florida – impact windows and doors are not a luxury here; they are code. PGT and CGI product lines give a Florida operator a running start on the state’s strict wind-mitigation requirements.
• California – Title 24 energy standards make energy-efficient windows a compliance purchase, not a preference. Urban coastal markets and inland heat zones both need what we install.
• Georgia – Atlanta’s renovation cycle and expanding northern suburbs create steady replacement demand across every product category we carry.

How Territories Work

A Sightline territory is a defined geographic area where you hold the exclusive right to operate under the Haven Standard. We do not overlap operators, and we do not sell the same zip code twice. When you claim a territory, you are not buying a lead stream or a marketing package. You are buying the right to be the only Sightline operator a homeowner in that area will ever call, and the obligation to meet the standard that name carries.

Territory reservations begin with a conversation, not a contract. You tell us the market you want, we review current operator boundaries and pending applications, and if the area is open, we hold it for a defined period while you complete due diligence. No pressure, no countdown clock, no “two territories left in your region.” The process is built to be as documented as the window jobs we install. You will see the territory agreement in writing before you commit, and no number in that agreement will move after you sign it, because Clause 1 applies to franchise operators the same way it applies to homeowners: if it is not in writing, it did not happen.
