That’s not a promotion. It’s how Sightline has worked since 2012, when the founding idea was simple: the measurement and the quote should be the same document. The measured survey is yours to keep. The written price that comes from it is what the job costs – full stop. If the number on your estimate and the number on your invoice don’t match, something went wrong, and we’d want to know about it.

This model works because it transfers the risk back to us, where it belongs. We measure carefully before we quote because we can’t move the number after you’ve agreed to it.

What a Visit Actually Costs You to Find Out

Nothing. The estimate visit is free, and there’s no obligation at the end of it.

Here’s what happens: a background-checked, uniformed Sightline technician comes to your home, takes measurements of the actual openings, notes what you have now and what you’re looking to do, and puts a written price together for the specific job. Not a range. Not an approximation. A number you can act on.

The whole visit runs about an hour for most projects. You get a copy of the survey and the written estimate before anyone leaves. If you want to think it over, that’s fine. If you want a second opinion elsewhere, that’s fine too – we’ll even review a competitor’s written quote at no charge, because we’d rather you feel certain than feel pressured.

Windows and doors work tends to come up in two situations, and they feel pretty different from each other.

The first is reactive. A seal fails on a double-pane unit and the glass fogs over. A door frame starts to bind in summer heat. A storm reveals that what looked like minor weathering was actually water infiltration behind the casing. These calls happen fast and the homeowner usually wants to understand the scope before they commit to anything – which is exactly why the written estimate matters here.

Do you offer financing or a monthly payment plan?

No, and that’s deliberate. Sightline prices each job off a free written estimate – one number, in writing, before anything starts. There’s no financing product, no subscription, and nothing to sign up for. If you want to know what a job costs, the estimate is the answer, and the estimate is free.

Can I use more than one offer at the same time?

One offer per household per visit. If you’re not sure which one applies to your situation, the technician can walk you through it during the estimate visit – there’s no pressure to decide before you’ve seen the written price.

Does the price change once work begins?

No. The written estimate is the price. If we open something up and find a condition we didn’t see during the survey – something genuinely new – we stop, document what we found, and give you a revised written quote before we do anything else. You’re never charged for scope we didn’t agree to in writing first. That’s not a policy we announce; it’s just what Haven Clause 1 requires on every job.
